One of our sales representatives, Donna Brooks, assisted a new customer by switching over his cell phone provider on his behalf. The customer's cell phone provider cancelled his services unexpectedly and he was unable to use his phone. Donna helped the customer by calling his old cell phone provider, convincing them to turn his services back on and was able to port his number successfully. The customer was ecstatic and grateful for Donna's assistance and willingness to help.
Another one of our sales representatives, Damien Jones, was able to talk to several of our CDMA basic phone customers into purchasing smartphones. His knowledge and patience gave our customers the confidence they needed to upgrade their cell phones.
