Paid via 36 monthly bill credits. Taxes, fees and add’l terms apply. Things we want you to know: If you cancel service before receiving 36 bill credits, credits stop and balance on required finance agreement is due (e.g. $1099 - Apple iPhone 17 Pro - 256GB). Purchase a smartphone on an Unlimited Data-Everyday 3.0 ($70/mo w/ Auto Pay and Paperless Billing discount + taxes & fees) or Business Unlimited Data-Everyday 3.0 plan or an Unlimited Data-Even Better 3.0 or Business Unlimited Data-Even Better 3.0 plan to receive a credit equal to the MSRP divided into 36 equal monthly bill credits not to exceed $1100. For new account contract buy-out: Customers must register at contractbuyout.uscellular.com within 30 days of activation with UScellular, and customers must upload their current carrier bill, including display of early termination fee or remaining device balance listed, within 45 days of activation with UScellular. Customer will receive UScellular open loop virtual promo card equal to the amount of ETF and remaining installment balance up to $800 per line within 45 to 60 days of submission of final bill. Customer will receive text msg on UScellular phone that will include a link to a portal to register and activate promo card. Customer has 30 days from when the text msg is sent to register and activate the virtual promo card. Once registration is validated, card will be activated, and customer will be provided virtual card info via the portal.
