Locally Relevant: We recently helped a local food truck get set up with a cell phone, iPad for sales and a hotspot for mobile Wi-Fi for their business. We also helped a farmer replace their old phone system in their barns with a new one. A customer came in not knowing their iCloud info and needed their stuff moved over to their new phone. She didn't want to lose old pictures that were very important to her. It took some time, but an employee put in extra work to go through the steps to help with getting the information reset. It was the kind of situation that didn't work with the typical forgotten password process. However, we were able to get everything fixed, and the customer got their pictures and everything else they needed. Getting the information and seeing the customer's big smile, knowing that they would still have their important pictures, meant a lot to us.
